Ready to take your at-home creativity to the next level? Our Author at Home pottery workshop kit isn't just another craft kit—this is the real deal. Get your hands dirty with our signature Coastal clay. You’re creating a large, sculptural masterpiece, just like a true potter.
This kit lets you step into the shoes of a real artist, crafting a substantial, sculptural Lilly bowl and a few pinch pots that are anything but ordinary. This isn't your typical DIY project; it’s a chance to experience the authentic craft of pottery. The clay is the same high-quality material we use in our studio—designed for kiln firing, not just a quick dry. You’ll get to experience the joy of working with real, durable clay, just like the pros.
Set aside 1.5 to 2 hours, gather your mates, partner, or co-workers, and dive into this hands-on experience. With everything you need included in the kit, all that’s left is for you to unleash your creativity. Follow the detailed, step-by-step instructions, and soon enough, you'll have your very own large sculptural bowl ready for firing. You will need a large table or work area, each bowl is around 42 cm in diameter.
Once you’ve finished crafting your pieces, they’re not just for display—they're meant to be fired in a kiln, just like any professional pottery piece. Simply take your creations to your local pottery club for firing, or return them to our studio. Your pieces will be ready for collection about 8 weeks later (this depends on the kiln service you take your work to), perfectly cured and ready to elevate your home.
Remember, this isn’t just a kit—it’s an experience
