A piece of functional art for your Summer entertaining, The Boring Platter is a sculptural statement piece, it is the most functional platter you will ever use. Designed to look good all covered up or resting naked on the table for all the mates to see.

The curves allow you to seperate food items or utensils, the waves and dimples are the perfect spot to add height, folding smoked salmon, cured meats or using them as a resting place for whipped butter.

The edges are folded to help prevent those slippery crackers sliding onto the floor and make picking this work of art up as easy as pouring a glass of champagne

Made to bring the fun back to Summer dining, so don't be boring, grab the mates, put some ice in the chilli bin and level up that chip and dip game.

Made with sand from the West and East Coast and blended with our special blend of clay, this vase boasts a natural, cream-speckled finish that's as raw and beautiful as our stunning Coastline.

Key Features:

  • Hand Sculptured and Formed: Every part of this piece is sculptured by hand. Starting with large balls of clay, each piece is hand rolled, bent and twisted to form into a very unique piece of art

  • Authors Special Blend of Clay: Made using a blend of Author clays mixed with sand from the West and East Coast

  • Water Tight: Glazed with a simple clear gaze and fired to 1220 degrees to ensure the bowl is food safe and finished with a nice gloss.
